    The Aviation was created by Hugo Ensslin, head bartender at the Hotel Wallick in New York. The first published recipe for the drink appeared in Ensslin's 1916 Recipes for Mixed Drinks

    The Trinidad Sour was created by ex-New York City bartender Giuseppe Gonzalez while he was plying his trade at the Clover Club in Brooklyn in 2009

    The cocktail was invented by none other than Bond author Ian Fleming. The drink first appeared in his book “Casino Royale,” which was published in 1953, and the cocktail is named for the fictional double agent Vesper Lynd
